Job Title Chargeback Specialist (m/w/d) Überblick Als Chargeback Specialist (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für das professionelle Management von Chargeback- und Dispute-Fällen für unsere Issuing- und Acquiring-Kund*innen. Sie untersuchen Rückbelastungen, entscheiden anhand der geltenden Karten­schemaregeln und arbeiten eng mit internen Teams zusammen, um effiziente, regelkonforme und serviceorientierte Prozesse sicherzustellen. Die Rolle ist ein zentraler Bestandteil zur Sicherstellung hoher Servicequalität, fristgerechter Bearbeitung und optimaler Kundenzufriedenheit. Ihre Aufgaben: • Bearbeitung und Verwaltung von Chargeback-Fällen gemäß den Regularien der Kartenorganisationen (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners, nationale Systeme) • Analyse von Transaktionsdaten, Systemprotokollen und Kundeninformationen zur Bewertung der Dispute-Berechtigung • Erstellung und Einreichung von Evidenzen zur erfolgreichen Verteidigung von Transaktionen • Einhaltung aller internen und externen Compliance- und Regulatorikvorgaben • Pflege vollständiger, korrekter Dokumentationen sowie Erstellung regelmäßiger Reports für interne Stakeholder • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen zu Disputen in schriftlicher und telefonischer Form – professionell, verständlich und lösungsorientiert • Zusammenarbeit mit fraud prevention, Customer Service, Finance und weiteren Fachbereichen zur Klärung von Fällen • Identifikation von Trends und Ursachen zur Ableitung präventiver Maßnahmen • Nutzung interner Chargeback-Managementsysteme zur Fallverfolgung und Statusaktualisierung • Mitarbeit an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Qualität innerhalb der Chargeback-Prozesse Was Sie mitbringen sollten: • Sehr hohe Genauigkeit und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise im Umgang mit sensiblen Finanzdaten • Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten (schriftlich und mündlich) • Kundenorientiertes, professionelles und konfliktfähiges Auftreten • Analytisches Denken sowie starke Problemlösungskompetenz • Fähigkeit zur strukturierten Bearbeitung mehrerer Fälle parallel • Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Bereichen • Hohe Integrität, Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein • Flexibilität im Umgang mit wechselnden Anforderungen, Prozessen und Regelwerken Was von Vorteil wäre: • Erfahrung im Bereich Chargeback/Disputes, Fraud oder Zahlungsverkehr • Kenntnisse in den Regelwerken der Kartenorganisationen (Visa, Mastercard etc.) • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Fiserv-Anwendungen oder anderen Case-Management-Tools • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel, Word und Outlook • Verständnis für operative Prozesse im Kartengeschäft oder Customer Operations Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.  Please: Apply using your legal name Complete the step-by-step profile and attach your resume (either is acceptable, both are preferable).
