Als Asset Lead Operations bei Roche in Mannheim verantwortest du eine Produktionslinie, das innerhalb unseres globalen Pharma-Netzwerks eine strategische Schlüsselrolle einnimmt. Deine Mission: Leadership, Compliance & Strategie People & Culture: Du führst, motivierst und entwickelst eine Gruppe von Führungskräften (Teamleads) sowie hochspezialisierten Experten und Prozess-Ingenieuren. Du etablierst eine offene Speak-Up-Kultur und befähigst dein Team zur agilen Selbstorganisation. Operations & Compliance: In deiner Rolle als Leiter der Herstellung (LdH) nach AMWHV trägst du die fachliche Verantwortung für die GMP-konforme Produktion, das Auditmanagement sowie die Validierung von Prozessen und Qualifizierung von Anlagen und Räumen. Strategischer Impact: Als Teil des Management-Teams der Manufacturing Unit beeinflusst du deren strategische Ausrichtung maßgeblich. Du steuerst komplexe lokale und globale Projekte zur Optimierung von Effizienz, Technologie und Qualität. Unternehmerische Verantwortung: Du agierst als Betreiber einer technologisch anspruchsvollen Anlage und verantwortest das zugehörige Instandhaltungsbudget sowie die Personal- und Kapazitätsplanung. Qualifikationen - Das bringst Du mit Du bist eine positiv denkende, integre und selbstreflektierende Persönlichkeit mit starken kommunikativen Fähigkeiten. Du hast ein offenes Ohr für die täglichen Herausforderungen deiner Teammitglieder und bietest ihnen personelle sowie persönliche Hilfestellungen an. Das bringst Du mit (Deine Must-Haves) Die regulatorische Basis: Ein abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches oder technisches Studium sowie die gesetzlich erforderliche Qualifikation als Leiter der Herstellung nach AMWHV . Fundierte Erfahrung: Du blickst auf mehr als 10 Jahre Erfahrung im GMP-Produktionsumfeld zurück, idealerweise mit tiefgreifenden Kenntnissen in der Pharma-Sterilproduktion . Führungsexzellenz: Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre disziplinarische Führungserfahrung und hast bereits bewiesen, dass du moderne Ansätze wie VACC und Lean-Leadership erfolgreich in die Praxis umsetzen kannst. Kommunikation & Netzwerk: Du bewegst dich sicher in internationalen Gremien und kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch. Warum wir?
