The Position 主要职责： 患者全程管理 1.在生态圈内绘制患者就医流转图，从而更好的推动全程管理在医院内/间的落地。 2.协助生态圈内医院及相关科室推进和打造会诊通道，协助上下层医院间衔接流转，助力绿色转诊通道的建立，最 终实现患者获益。 3.管理生态圈内患者全程管理项目的各项落地实施，并确保其合规性。 支付方案 与准入团队合作，协助整合罗氏相关支付方案，传递完整支付解决方案信息。 疾病认知（患者教育) 与第三方机构协作，针对相关疾病领域区域现状及整体策略，协助开展患者教育，提升疾病认知，促进患者获益 工作年限 •5年以上医药行业工作经验，有管理经验者优先 •有跨职能、或者治疗领域经验优先 教育程度/所获资格证书 •医学或药学相关本科及以上学历     Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
