Job Description: We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Case Manager to lead the management of complex Workers’ Compensation claims and drive high-quality, sustainable return-to-work outcomes. In this role, you will take ownership of a portfolio of claims, provide strategic direction on injury management, and work in partnership with injured workers, employers, insurers, and medical providers to deliver best-practice and compliant RTW solutions.   This is a great opportunity for a seasoned professional who is passionate about recovery and return to work, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring others while making a genuine impact on people’s working lives.   Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of complex Workers’ Compensation claims from end to end Develop, implement, and review tailored return-to-work and injury management strategies Provide expert advice on liability, entitlements, and RTW outcomes in line with legislation and guidelines Liaise with key stakeholders, at times in person to drive positive return to work outcomes Identify risks, address barriers to recovery, and implement proactive resolution strategies Coordinate suitable duties and workplace modifications Maintain accurate, high-quality case management documentation Support and mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Promote early intervention and recovery-at-work best practices   About You Demonstrated experience in Workers’ Compensation Case Management at a senior level Strong working knowledge of relevant Workers’ Compensation legislation and frameworks Proven ability to manage complex claims and competing priorities Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capability Ability to provide coaching, guidance, and technical support to others Allied health or injury management background (e.g. rehab, physio, OT) highly regarded but not essential   About us DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC) is a leading enterprise technology and innovation partner delivering software, services, and solutions to global enterprises and public sector organisations — helping them harness AI to drive outcomes at a time of exponential change with speed.
