Job Details Business Support Intern La risorsa svolgerà attività di supporto amministrativo e gestione progetti prevalentemente nell’ambito della struttura di Market Access Healthcare Consultancy. Collaborerai con i team per fornire un supporto essenziale nelle operazioni quotidiane, contribuendo al mantenimento di un ambiente di lavoro efficiente e organizzato. Sarai coinvolto/a in una varietà di attività, che vanno dall'assistenza amministrativa generale al supporto nella pianificazione e nell'esecuzione di progetti specifici. Questa posizione consentirà di affinare le tue competenze organizzative, comunicative e di problem solving, nonché di acquisire una preziosa esperienza pratica. Attività principali: Mantenere e aggiornare i database aziendali, garantendo l'accuratezza e la completezza delle informazioni. Collaborare con il team per organizzare meeting e viaggi, gestendo le prenotazioni e preparando la documentazione necessaria. Assistere nel monitoraggio delle scadenze, degli obiettivi e delle attività in corso, rispettando gli standard di qualità richiesti. Supportare l'elaborazione e la gestione dei report aziendali . Requisiti: Laureandi/laureati in ambito amministrazione, economia, gestione aziendale, project management o campo correlato. Buone capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo, con la capacità di gestire e prioritizzare diverse attività. Buone competenze comunicative scritte e verbali, con un'attenzione particolare ai dettagli. Capacità di lavorare in modo efficace sia in team che in autonomia. Conoscenza di base dei principali strumenti informatici e familiarità con i database aziendali. Conoscenza della lingua inglese Orientamento al cliente e predisposizione a fornire un servizio di supporto di alta qualità. Orientamento al risultato e attitudine proattiva nell'affrontare le sfide.
