Posición El UX/UI Designer - Digital Marketing reportará directamente al Director de Marketing y Comms de Cigna Healthcare España. Estamos buscando un UX/UI Designer con experiencia en Marketing digital para unirse a nuestro equipo. El candidato ideal será apasionado por la creación de experiencias de usuario excepcionales y poseerá habilidades sólidas en HTML/CSS y experiencia en el uso de distintas herramientas. Responsabilidades Diseñar experiencias de usuario centradas en el usuario para aplicaciones web y/o dispositivos. Crear wireframes, mockups y prototipos interactivos (low y high fidelity). Definir y mantener guías de estilo. Traducir requerimientos funcionales y de negocio en soluciones de diseño efectivas. Validar diseños mediante pruebas de usabilidad y proponer mejoras continuas. Colaborar estrechamente con developers y stakeholders Garantizar que la estética también esté alineada con la usabilidad, la accesibilidad y los estándares web Asegurar consistencia visual y de experiencia en los distintos productos. Acompañar al equipo de desarrollo durante la implementación Desarrollar y mantener código utilizando HTML, CSS y JavaScript. Trabajar con el resto del equipo para traducir y crear requisitos de marketing digital en campañas y diseños atractivos y apropiados. Requerimientos Experiencia mínima de 5 años en diseño UX/UI y desarrollo web. Conocimiento sólido de principios de UX, usabilidad y diseño centrado en el usuario. Experiencia con métricas de UX. Conocimiento de accesibilidad (WCAG). Amplio conocimiento en Desarrollo web (CSS3, HTML5, DHTML, jQuery, JavaScript, angular) y responsive design Experiencia en gestión de CMS (Drupal, Teamsite…). Experiencia en gestión de herramientas de marketing automation (Eloqua) y CRM (Salesforce). Experiencia con Figma Experiencia con adobe photoshop, illustrator, InDesign, XD y after Effects Nivel de inglés alto. Competencias personales Planificación y organización. Pensamiento crítico.
