The Position Was Dich erwartet: Als Digital Support Admin (w/m/d) schlägst du die Brücke zwischen traditionellem Kund:innenservice und digitaler Innovation. Du verantwortest das operative Tagesgeschäft ebenso wie die Umsetzung neuer digitaler Lösungen. Mit deiner Umsetzungsstärke stellst du unsere Kund:innen konsequent in den Fokus und übersetzt innovative Prozesse direkt in exzellente Service-Erlebnisse. Zu Deinen Aufgaben zählen: Operatives Service-Management: End-to-End Koordination des technischen Außendienstes – von der Reklamation und Disposition bis zur Angebotserstellung und Fakturierung Digital Service Expert (SME): Zentraler Ansprechpartner und Support (1st & 2nd Level) für eServices und digitale Portale (z. B. Navify) für interne Teams sowie externe Kund:innen Performance & Strategie: Monitoring globaler Service-KPIs (z. B. Adoption Rates), Ableitung proaktiver Maßnahmen sowie strategische Mitarbeit in der globalen Online Support Community Training & Enablement: Organisation und Durchführung von Produktschulungen (vor Ort & digital), Administration der Training-Tools sowie Pflege der Wissensdatenbank Prozessoptimierung & Qualität: Sicherstellung höchster Datenqualität, Durchführung von Systemtests (HP-ALM) und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Schnittstellen zwischen klassischen und digitalen Prozessen Was Du mitbringst: Als innovative, kommunikative Persönlichkeit bringst du folgende Voraussetzungen mit: Wirtschaftlicher Studienabschluss oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK/HBLA) mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung. Fundierte Praxis im Customer Support, Reklamationsmanagement sowie im Monitoring von KPIs und SLAs. Ganzheitliches E2E-Prozessverständnis sowie eine proaktive, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise. Hohe Affinität zu digitalen Services und KI sowie die Motivation, die digitale Transformation aktiv mitzugestalten. Sehr gute Deutsch & Englischkenntnisse und ausgeprägte Networking-Skills. Erfahrung in Projekt- oder Change-Management von Vorteil  und e in hohes Maß an Flexibilität Es erwartet Dich ein Jahresgehalt ab € 46.000,00 brutto Vollzeit, sowie ein leistungsorientierter Bonus und attraktive Benefits.
