Das Produktionszentrum steht für die höchsten Standards der pharmazeutischen Herstellung, das grösste, innovativste Verpackungszentrum der Roche und die Versorgung von mehr als 120 Ländern. Wir, als Central Logistics Services (CLS), garantieren die optimale Logistik Versorgung und sind somit Dreh- und Angelpunkt für den gesamten Warenfluss im Produktionszentrum Kaiseraugst und deren weltweiten Versand.  Als Asset & Facility Excellence Lead im Bereich Central Logistic Services (GMP Manager (Asset Excellence) & Process Manager (Facility Excellence) Lead (m/w/d) in Kaiseraugst) hast du die fachliche und personelle Führung von zwei Bereichen: Projektmanagement (Facility Excellence) und GMP & Compliance (Asset Excellence). Die Möglichkeit Überwachung und Unterstützung übergeordneter logistischer Projekte sowie Verantwortung für neue Prozess- und Produkteinführungen. Priorisierung von Projekten und Sicherstellung, dass CAPEX-Anträge den Logistik- und Pharma-Strategien entsprechen. Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Produktionssysteme, Betreuung von Änderungen und stabile Integration in die Prozesse. Zentrale Koordination der Compliance-Tätigkeiten (Inspektionen, Trainings, GMP-Oversight) für Anlagen, Prozesse und Produkte im Logistikbereich. Fachliche Unterstützung und Matrix-Führung der Asset Excellence Manager innerhalb der CLS zur Abstimmung auf regulatorische Anforderungen. Überwachung der Organisations-KPIs sowie Sicherstellung einer störungsfreien, stabilen Produktion unter Einhaltung der GMP-Compliance. Schnittstellenmanagement zu anderen Process Units innerhalb der Logistik bei Fragen rund um Inspektionen und Compliance. Wer du bist Qualifizierter Experte mit Führungsverantwortung: Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches/technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit langjähriger Erfahrung in der Pharma-Produktion/QS sowie mehrjährige Führungserfahrung. Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch und bringst idealerweise Projektmanagement-Kenntnisse mit.
