The Position The Global Digital Hub has newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design. As a Network Service Delivery Lead , you will work to ensure fulfillment of the Global Digital Hub long term outcomes, overseeing the seamless operation, alignment, and evolution of Pharma Network processes and teams . This role supervises Network teams in selected regions and with other partners to ensure a seamless service experience. You will be also responsible for service delivery while monitoring Roche’s content KPIs at Network level. The Opportunity: Ensuring adoption of Digital Content and Services on a Network level, continuously improving the service-engagement layer operating model. Designing and implementing a sustainable standard of service to create consistent levels of service performance to enhance experience of affiliates as internal clients. Ensuring optimal utilisation of assigned budgets / reduction in overall spend on a Network level, leading to OPEX savings in the areas of content and digital communication. Collaborating with the assigned Network teams as well as the global team to improve the processes of content strategy execution that advances business objectives. Maximizing customer experience by monitoring and reviewing the work of the production teams, Network engagement team and evaluating their performance. Analyzing third-party as well as internal content-creation processes, and creating strategies for service delivery optimisation, establishing and monitoring digital service related KPIs at Network level. Understanding technology tools and platforms which support the digital content creation ecosystem ( monday.com , Veeva Vault PromoMats etc.), providing and adhering to digital content best practices by channel and audience type/segment. Fulfill activities as functional leader of the assigned Network teams, including the identification of onboarding and training needs of Network teams, develop a standardized training plan, supervise team members’ performance, provide feedback on operational improvement areas. Who you are: You have a Bachelors or Masters degree in a business or a quantitative field and multiple years of digital product design experience , preferably inclusive of both healthcare and consumer goods industry experience. You have experience in service design: consistently focusing on the end-to-end user experience to deliver cohesive, and efficient service solutions and process enhancements. You have experience in managing budgets, forecasting resource needs, and optimizing team member utilization to ensure high business value and operational efficiency. You are an accomplished functional leader , with a proven experience in leading and managing digital teams, and with a deep knowledge of digital content You have demonstrated success in designing and executing operational process enhancement s and providing high quality enablement of digital engagement. You have strong leadership skills: excellent team management, coaching and mentoring skills, superior planning, process and influencing skills. Also, you have demonstrated the ability to partner with cross-functional and global teams, managing high-level stakeholders and providing excellent support. You have experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats and extensive technical and business knowledge related to Digital Asset Management, Content Management and/or Content Management Operations, you have experience in tools, standards, policies that support the MLR process as well as other content management-related processes.
