The Position Über uns: Diagnostics Operations Penzberg ist als Teil der Diagnostics Global Operations der wichtigste Produzent von qualitativ hochwertigen Einsatzstoffen bis hin zu speziellen Kits für die Diagnostik-Division von Roche. Es erwartet Sie eine vielseitige, interessante und verantwortungsvolle Aufgabe im Bereich Manufacturing. Hier werden biochemische und chemische Reagenzien und Einsatzstoffe für alle Geschäftsbereiche und vor allem die In-vitro-Diagnostik mehrerer Roche Geschäftseinheiten hergestellt. Ihre Aufgaben: Durchführung von Compliance-Aufgaben mit speziellem Fokus auf die chemische Produktion von Rohstoffen GMP Review von Batch Records inklusive Erstellen und Bearbeiten von Abweichungen Erstellung und Pflege von QS-relevanten Dokumenten und Datensätzen, z.B. Risikoanalysen und Changeanträge Erstellung und Überarbeitung von SOPen Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung, Verwaltung und Nachhaltung von technischen Changes, sowie Unterstützung bei Compliance Tätigkeiten im Rahmen von Anlagenqualifizierungen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit QA für Q-relevante Aufgaben Schnittstelle zu MSAT bei Validierungsangelegenheiten Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachverfolgung der aus Audits resultierenden Maßnahmen und Aktionen Ihr Profil: Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder eine naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung (idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker) und bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit. Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse in Produktions- und QS-Abläufen sowie gängigen Geschäftspraktiken der diagnostischen/pharmazeutischen Industrie. Sie haben Erfahrung im GMP-Umfeld und sind sicher im Umgang mit qualitätsrelevanten Vorgaben und Richtlinien. Idealerweise bringen Sie grundlegende SAP-Kenntnisse mit. Sie zeichnen sich durch einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch und eine zielorientierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise aus. Ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsvermögen ist für Sie selbstverständlich. Ihre kommunikativen Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch setzen Sie gekonnt ein. Sie arbeiten gerne im Team, sind motiviert und sehen die Vorteile eines gelebten Qualitätsmanagementsystems.
