Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions with clients to understand their supply chain processes, pain points, and requirements, translating them into functional specifications. Create detailed functional design documents, outlining the proposed D365 F&O SCM configurations, customizations, and integrations required to achieve optimal business outcomes. Lead and guide project teams, providing technical direction, coaching, and mentorship to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Configure D365 F&O SCM modules, leveraging your expertise in areas such as inventory management, procurement, production, logistics, warehousing, and demand forecasting. Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integrations between D365 F&O SCM and other systems   Education and Experience Required:   Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations Strong Consulting experience in the Microsoft eco-system including D365 F&O or AX 2012 R2, R3 full lifecycle implementations - specifically in Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing  Experience with the Microsoft Power platform, specifically Power BI Exceptional Consulting skills gained across multiple projects and industries Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex technical problems Client Centric attitude, with a sense of urgency, strong teamwork, flexible and positive ‘can do’ approach Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field 7-10 years of relevant work experience in the relevant industries.
