We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineering Lead Analyst to join our Home Delivery organization . This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end business solutions —from requirements gathering through production deployment —with deep expertise in Python programming , machine learning , and generative AI . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with agentic frameworks , natural language processing , and modern AI development tools . Responsibilities include designing intelligent systems, building scalable solutions, and integrating human-in-the-loop methodologies to deliver impactful AI-driven products. In addition to solution delivery, the candidate should demonstrate an automation-first and continuous improvement mindset , driving adoption of CI/CD tools and contributing to the evolution of development processes and toolsets. Responsibilities < >Design and develop intelligent applications using Python and modern AI frameworks Build and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for production use Implement generative AI and agentic solutions using LangChain , LangGraph , and ReAct agents Develop scalable APIs and user interfaces using FastAPI and Streamlit Apply human-in-the-loop and supervisor methodologies to enhance model reliability Integrate AI models into business workflows in collaboration with cross-functional teams Utilize cloud platforms and tools such as Databricks for data processing and model training Ensure code quality and maintainability using Pydantic models and engineering best practices Deploy applications on AWS and OpenShift using CI/CD pipelines Monitor application performance and maintain robust logging and observability Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate within Scrum or Kanban teams Support release management , configuration, and deployment activities Conduct peer code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Troubleshoot and integrate microservices and APIs across distributed systems Qualifications Required Skills: < >Proficiency in Python programming and AI model development Strong foundation in machine learning , deep learning , and natural language processing Experience with generative AI and agentic AI frameworks Familiarity with LangChain , LangGraph , ReAct agents , and Pydantic AI models Hands-on experience with Jupyter Notebooks , Streamlit , PyCharm , and Visual Studio Ability to integrate with Java/SpringBoot services and APIs Experience with cloud platforms and tools such as Databricks , AWS , and OpenShift Core competencies in software engineering , including system design , debugging , testing , and performance optimization Strong communication , time management , and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ownership , accountability , and a continuous improvement mindset Preferred Qualifications: < >Experience implementing human-in-the-loop and supervisor-based AI systems Background in deploying AI solutions in enterprise or healthcare environments Experience with prompt engineering and LLM integration Exposure to vector databases , semantic search , and OpenAI APIs Familiarity with AWS Bedrock and conversational AI deployment Domain experience in healthcare or pharmacy benefit management (PBM) Required Experience & Education:   < > 5+ years of experience in Python development and AI model implementation 3+ years of experience in machine learning and deep learning projects 2+ years of experience in Java/SpringBoot development Proven experience designing and deploying cloud-native applications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Engineering , or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)  These two sections will be “standardized” in the JD template and made not editable.
