The Position 主要职责： 1） 依据抗感染市场策略、行业发展及数据分析，结合内外部资源与全国NKA总部的全年策略，制定区域重点分部和龙头客户发展策略，并与重点客户达成长期战略合作，完成业务目标  −         结合抗感染市场策略、零售药店行业发展趋势，制定重点客户发展策略，与多家全国性连锁重点分部或区域龙头连锁达成战略合作 −         深入洞察客户发展策略及方向，分析与我司的切入点和双方特点，进行区域框架协议谈判、战略合作评估、销售目标制定、投资计划制定等 −         同客户共建业务跟进管理机制，实施中不断优化，最大化投入产出比，推动业务持续向前发展  2）制定速福达在重点客户的联合发展计划，作为重点客户全国合作的全面对接人，整合内外部资源，将联合发展计划落实  −         与重点客户全国总部共同制定联合发展计划，结合客户特点，设计以推动业务为目的的合作项目 −         结合总部推动和重点分部共同合作的方式，推动项目高质量落地 −         协助重点客户进行关键分子公司和旗舰门店的推广管理  3）与内部相关团队及生态圈内跨团队建立良好的沟通与联动合作机制，最大化公司业务目标  −         积极配合市场部和连锁总部负责人执行公司在零售端的品牌策略，扩大目标产品在患者的端知晓度 −         执行区域市场活动，并利用线下药师教育和数字化手段进行潜力患者触达活动 −         保持与医院销售相关团队的密切合作，探索院内外联动机制，推动业务增长 −         同经销商管理团队及供应链等团队保持沟通，确保药品目标终端快速可及和便利性  4）其他相关工作 −         收集市场多方反馈，协助上级主管进行策略迭代，探索建立和优化以患者为中心的生态圈 −         不断提升自身业务能力，追求高绩效 −         上级指派的其他临时性任务 岗位能力： 1) 5年以上零售重点连锁销售管理经验（OTC或处方药），有季节性品类管理经验优先 2）对医药零售行业政策及发展趋势有较为深度的认知和判断，熟悉连锁关键决策人 3）热爱销售工作，负有责任心，敢于创新，熟悉新零售渠道创新模式 4）良好的沟通和语言表达能力 5）政策理解和行业洞察力、较强的策略分析能力 6）结果导向、具有典型成长思维，较强的执行力 7）客户谈判、沟通与管理能力 8）大学本科及以上，医学、药学、市场营销或相关专业优先       Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
