The job profile for this position is  Architecture Senior Advisor,   which is a Band 4 Contributor Career Track Role with   Cigna -Evernorth Services Inc. Responsibilities- • Lead team of technical staff to design, build, test, and deliver large-scale global software applications, systems, platforms, services or technologies; • Work directly with partner IT and business teams, as well as own and drive major deliverables across all aspects of software delivery; • Ensure efficient operation of responsible teams through clear articulation of operating mechanics, architecture health metrics and targets, and incident and reporting throughput metrics and targets; • Participate in system design, interface design, validation of technology assumptions, and identification of options within the framework of our Agile Release Train (“ARTs”); • Participate in Production Support incident management, L2 and L3 support, and monitor and review incidents reported by business teams; • Proactively identify and develop training plans for knowledge gaps (technical or business-related) that limit team effectiveness; • Continuously drive improvement and optimization through retrospectives, Inspect and Adopt and stakeholder feedback; • Manage key components in the Evernorth Web & Mobile apps; • Improve the quality of Dental IT deliverables; • Drive the adoption of CI/CD tools and support improvement of toolsets/processes; and • Advise business leaders within Care and Technology matrix partners. • ~10% domestic travel required for client and team meetings. • Hybrid Work Schedule. Qualifications- • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computers or Engineering; • 5 years of experience in a related occupation; • Experience designing, developing, and supporting technology decisions within various technologies; • Experience developing RESTful web services; • Experience building applications in multi-tier architecture; • Experience developing and testing application software according to user requirements; • Experience analyzing software requirements to identify right design patterns and software components needs for application development and deployment; and • Experience using: JAVA, .NET, Spring, NODE JS, Angular JS, UI framework, OSS, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Docker, GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, JIRA, SQL, NoSQL, OAuth, and Akamai. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
