The Position Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任 (Major functions of the position)                               （职位的首要职能） 1、  依据抗感染市场策略、行业发展及数据分析，与内部团队及外部目标合作伙伴紧密合作，共同推进速福达在零售渠道的拓展，实现业务增长 −         结合年度市场策略制定线下渠道策略，活动计划以及业务过程指标追踪机制，协同内部销售团队及外部合作伙伴进行阶段性回顾，定期回收关键数据及信息； −         充分理解市场部的活动和项目目标，确保项目的内外部信息传递一致，推动外部客户参与交互，形成项目执行计划到执行结果的反馈，并定期复盘给到项目迭代建议； −         支持市场部全国性项目落地，并在市场部全年策略下，负责区域项目设计、执行、反馈和迭代；   2、深入洞察零售渠道核心客户多层决策人，协助销售团队设计并执行客户关键决策人交互项目，并助力业务增长 −         深入洞察零售渠道核心客户需求，协助销售团队负责人设计针对零售渠道核心客户的线上及线下交互项目，加深客户合作，推动业务目标中关键行动的落地 −         活动执行监管，与参与活动的核心客户保持沟通，确保活动合规性，及时回收各类活动执行数据和核销凭证，并形成活动效果评估机制，助力业务增长   3、与内部跨团队建立良好的沟通与合作机制，整合资源，最大化公司业务目标 −         积极配合市场部执行公司在零售端的品牌策略，扩大目标产品在患者端知晓度 −         保持与市场部的密切合作，针对零售市场多层级关键决策人保持品牌关键信息传递的统一性 −         与外部合作伙伴密切合作，确保项目流程、执行全流程的合规性；   4、其他相关工作 −         收集市场多方反馈，协助上级主管进行策略迭代，探索建立和优化以患者为中心的生态圈 −         不断提升自身业务能力，追求高绩效 上级指派的其他临时性任务 Qualification and Experience 能力与经验 Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书 大学本科及以上 医学、药学、市场营销或相关专业优先 Leadership Competencies领导者胜任力 结果导向、具有典型成长思维 策略落地、项目高质量执行能力 Job Required Competencies岗位所需胜任力 1）3年以上药品零售市场项目经验或Trade Marketing经验（OTC或处方药） 2）对药品零售的行业政策及发展趋势有较为深度的认知和判断 3）良好的沟通和语言表达能力，对数据敏感 4）具备较强的Excel，PPT能力     Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
