About the Role The Project Manager of Special Projects plays a critical role in driving operational efficiencies, cost optimization and executional excellence across the business. This leader partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives that improve productivity while balancing cost and customer experience. This role serves as a connector between strategy and execution, translating business priorities into discipline project plans, clear milestones and measurable outcomes. The Project Manager ensures special projects are delivered on time, on scope and with sustained impact. This position requires strong analytical capability, structured project leadership and the ability to influence Logistics, Process Optimization, Events, Finance, Real Estate Operations, Visual Operations and external partners. What You'll Do Project Leadership & Execution Lead end to end project management for productivity, events, real estate activity and additional business critical initiatives from concept through implantation and stabilization. Develop clear project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery. Influence across cross-functional partners, ensuring milestones and commitments are met. Translate complex operational initiatives into clear, actionable plans for stakeholders at all levels. Productivity & Implementation Support initiatives that improve store productivity, process optimization, event logistics, and real estate activity. Monitor performance against productivity targets and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. Support continuous improvement efforts through data analysis, root-cause identification, and solution development. Store Operations Support Assist with roll out and execution of new Store Operations strategies, tools, or processes to improve compliance, service levels, productivity, and cost reduction. Support peak readiness, capacity planning, and execute effective store communication. Help ensure productivity initiatives align with broader brand strategy. Data, Insights & Reporting Develop and maintain project dashboards, timelines, and performance tracking tools. Clearly communicate progress, insights, and recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional partners. Ensure projects deliver impact to brand strategy and success metrics. Cross-Functional Partnership Collaborate closely with Cross Brand Process Team, Real Estate Operations, Events, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Visual Operations and Field Leadership. Serve as a strong thought partner, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex initiatives. Incorporate stakeholder feedback early into project plans to improve execution quality and adoption. Support change management efforts to ensure new processes are embedded and sustained.  Who You Are Store Leadership and/or Store Operations experience with a passion for process improvement. Experience leading large program management efforts including establishing effective governance structures, cross functional coordination, and executive stakeholder management and reporting. Comfort with ambiguity and a dynamic business landscape. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, to prioritize and adapt to a fast paced ever changing environment. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior leaders, communicating complex information clearly and professionally. Strong critical thinking and business curiosity, including analytical and creative problem-solving skills, ability to work with complex and detailed data to drive insights and decisions. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 with excellence in Excel and PowerPoint. Champions innovation through early adoption of new tools and best practices. Ability to travel up to 50% with timing agility.
