Job Title Test Environment Lead (m/f/d) Czym zajmuje się Test Environment Lead Jako Test Environment Lead’a, będziesz odpowiedzialny/a za planowanie, koordynowanie i utrzymanie środowisk testowych wykorzystywanych przez zespoły QA, deweloperów oraz analityków. Rola wymaga zarówno kompetencji technicznych, jak i zdolności organizacyjnych – idealny kandydat/ka potrafi zarządzać wieloma środowiskami jednocześnie, współpracować z różnymi zespołami oraz dbać o stabilność i gotowość środowisk do testów. Za co będziesz odpowiedzialny/a: Zarządzanie pełnym cyklem życia środowisk testowych (tworzenie, konfiguracja, aktualizacja, monitoring, dekompozycja). Koordynacja dostępności środowisk dla zespołów testowych i projektowych. Współpraca z zespołami DevOps, infrastruktury, architektury i deweloperami w zakresie planowania zmian, wdrożeń i utrzymania środowisk. Zarządzanie harmonogramem release’ów i wdrożeń na środowiskach testowych. Nadzór nad jakością danych testowych – ich tworzenie, maskowanie, kopiowanie i odświeżanie. Analiza problemów środowiskowych oraz koordynacja działań naprawczych. Zapewnienie spójności konfiguracji pomiędzy środowiskami oraz ich zgodności z wymaganiami projektowymi. Dokumentowanie architektury i konfiguracji środowisk. Udoskonalanie procesów związanych z zarządzaniem środowiskami testowymi. Czego oczekujemy: Minimum 4 lata doświadczenia na stanowisku Test Environment Lead’a  lub podobnym (Release Manager, Environment Coordinator, DevOps/QA Engineer). Dobra znajomość zagadnień związanych z CI/CD, pipeline’ami oraz procesem wdrożeniowym. Praktyczna znajomość technologii infrastrukturalnych (Linux/Windows Server, konteneryzacja, sieci). Doświadczenie w pracy z bazami danych (np. MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) i w zarządzaniu danymi testowymi. Znajomość systemów kontroli wersji (Git, Bitbucket). Umiejętność analizy problemów technicznych i komunikacji z zespołami technicznymi. Doświadczenie w pracy w metodykach Agile/Scrum. Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu i w dynamicznie zmieniającym się środowisku. Znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie na poziomie B2. Mile widziane Doświadczenie w automatyzacji procesów (np. PowerShell, Bash, Python). Znajomość narzędzi DevOpsowych (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Bamboo). Doświadczenie z kontenerami (Docker, Kubernetes). Praktyka w zarządzaniu środowiskami w chmurze (Azure, AWS, GCP).
