Key Responsibilities: Assist in creating and localizing marketing content (English & Arabic) for social media, internal newsletters, collaterals and campaigns. Support internal communications (e.g., newsletters (primary points), email bulletins, town halls). Draft basic messages and scripts for internal announcements and events. Help manage social media calendars, monitor engagement, and coordinate with agencies for content publishing. Track performance metrics and prepare simple reports. Maintain and audit marketing collateral to ensure accuracy and compliance. Coordinate updates and distribution of materials with relevant stakeholders. Assist in planning and execution of wellness events and local activations. Provide logistical support for internal and external events. Support marketing activities for new product launches, including content updates, event coordination, and internal communication. Support launching and communicating new digital platforms (website, mobile app, broker portal). supporting relationship-building activities with our partners (providers, clients, and brokers). Coordinate with vendors, and internal teams for approvals and logistics. Coordinate with PR agencies for campaign execution and needed launches. Prepare basic reports on campaign performance and event outcomes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in marketing or communications (internship experience acceptable). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic. Familiarity with social media platforms and basic design tools (Canva, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn. Skills: Knowledge of Saudi market and cultural norms. Basic understanding of digital marketing and event planning. Teamwork and adaptability. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving. Fluent Arabic and English speaker.
