The Position Product & Solution Partner |  B2C Marketeer Roche Diagnostics, Almere Are you ready to be at the forefront of the future of Diagnostics? We are seeking a visionary and driven professional to join the Roche Diagnostics Netherlands Near Patient Care Network as the B2C Marketeer. This is a critical role to help us pioneer the next era of diabetes management and establish our long-term success in the direct-to-consumer space. The primary responsibility is to lead the implementation of impactful, multi-channel marketing tactics for our Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) Solution, ensuring both local and global success. You will also be instrumental in developing and shaping our future B2C commercial marketing strategy across the entire product portfolio. Furthermore, you will serve as a vital internal champion, driving the necessary change management to foster a B2C mindset and accelerating growth as diagnostics increasingly move directly into the hands of patients. We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced marketeer who possesses strategic acumen and execution excellence. The successful candidate must excel in cross-functional collaboration, serving as the connective tissue between teams (sales, medical affairs, regulatory, finance) to ensure a cohesive and synchronized go-to-market approach. Visibility, effective communication, and the ability to drive organizational change are key to securing a leading position in this highly competitive space. Your Responsibilities Drive commercial impact by designing and implementing effective B2C marketing strategies and tactics, taking the lead on key executions. Maximize solution uptake and channel activation through cross-functional collaboration. Inspire the NPC team, fostering clarity, focus, and strong collaboration. Develop and maintain relevant stakeholder networks. Accelerate growth by developing new, sustainable business models. You’ll likely recognize yourself in these qualities: Proven experience in IVD B2B & B2C marketing & communication (5+ Years)  Solid understanding of (omni) channel activation and traditional media Strong collaboration skills across marketing, commercial, medical and customer service teams A positive, team-oriented mindset with a growth orientation Good communicator, fluent in English and Dutch Why Roche?
