Job Description: Als SAP Senior Berater (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Datenmigration verantworten Sie die Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung komplexer Migrationsszenarien im Rahmen von SAP-Transformations- und Implementierungsprojekten. Sie beraten Kunden strategisch, stellen die Datenqualität sicher und führen Migrationen aus Altsystemen in SAP ERP oder S/4HANA effizient und risikominimiert durch. Ihre Aufgaben End-to-End-Verantwortung für Datenmigrationsprojekte im SAP-Umfeld (z. B. ERP → S/4HANA, Non-SAP → SAP) Analyse von Quell- und Zielstrukturen, Ableitung von Migrationsregeln und Erstellung von Transformationslogiken Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Migrationsstrategien, inkl. Cutover-Planung Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung gängiger Migrationswerkzeuge (z. B. SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, BAPIs, IDocs, SAP DS/ETL) Durchführung von Datenextraktionen, -transformationen und -ladeprozessen (ETL) Sicherstellung hoher Datenqualität durch Validierungen, Test- und Abnahmeaktivitäten Steuerung und Koordination von Projektteams sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und technischen Experten Erstellung von Dokumentationen, Konzepten, Mapping-Tabellen und Go-Live-Unterlagen Beratung der Kunden hinsichtlich Best Practices, Daten-Governance und Migrationsmethodik Unterstützung bei Pre-Sales, Aufwandsschätzungen und Angebotsprozessen Ihr Profil Mehrjährige (mind. 5–7 Jahre) Erfahrung als SAP-Berater im Bereich Datenmigration Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP ERP- und/oder S/4HANA-Datenstrukturen Fundierte Erfahrung mit ETL-Tools (z. B. SAP Data Services, SAP Migration Cockpit) und Migrationsframeworks Tiefes Verständnis für Datenmodelle, Cutover-Prozesse, Systemarchitekturen und Migrationstechniken Starke analytische, konzeptionelle und kommunikative Fähigkeiten Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Teilprojekten oder Projektteams Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Zertifizierungen (z. B.
