Job Description: Essential Job Functions: • Perform quality control and assurance tasks, including inspections and testing, to ensure product compliance with established standards and procedures. • Analyze quality data to identify opportunities for improvement. • Assist in maintaining and updating quality standards and documentation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. • Provide support to junior quality analysts and technicians. • Participate in root cause analysis and investigations of non-conformities. • Maintain and update quality records and reports. • Assist in the development of quality assurance procedures and policies. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience • Typically, 4+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role • Proven experience in security, risk, and compliance • Proficiencies in quality assurance and risk management • Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology Other Qualifications: • Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus • Professional certifications in quality management or related areas, such as Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt, or Certified Quality Manager (CQM) a plus At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
