The Position 岗位： 渠道运营团队负责人 工作地：上海 您将有机会： 制定、维护及优化渠道运营、渠道合规、渠道供应、新品上市、产品退市、GSP等渠道运营的管理目标与运作机制，以及标准流程与实施细则，确保渠道运营执行安全、规范、稳健。 制定、维护及优化主数据、数据直连、流向数据、库存数据、数据权限、折扣数据等渠道数据的管理目标与运作机制，以及标准流程与实施细则，确保渠道数据执行合规、及时、准确。 制定、维护及优化创模式项目、智能化项目、信息化项目等渠道项目的管理目标与运作机制，以及标准流程与实施细则，支持渠道项目开展集中、专业、突破。 制定、维护及优化区域渠道岗位的考核方案及执行标准，支持区域渠道专岗的绩效考核。 组织内外部合作伙伴，协同公司内外部资源，完成相关工作及项目交付。 我们希望您： 本科以上，管理、信息类专业优先 大学英语六级以上 行业经验： 精通医药行业渠道管理，10年以上相关经验（含5年大型外企或国内领先药企经历）。 精通渠道流程设计及持续优化。 核心能力： 策略思考：整合资源，制定目标并动态调整计划。 高效沟通：出色的跨层级沟通能力，建立稳固的合作伙伴关系。 协作执行：建立紧密协作关系，促进团队内外的协作能力。 个人特质： 目标导向：自我驱动，坚持不懈，认可团队贡献。 变革适应力：积极拥抱变化，灵活应对新环境。 决策力：基于清晰逻辑与信息果断决策。 创新意识：主动探索新方法、新机会，集思广益。     Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
