Job Title Customer Success Coach (m/w/d) Überblick Als Customer Success Coach (m/w/d) führen Sie ein Supportteam im Bereich bargeldloser Zahlungen, stellen exzellente Servicequalität sicher und entwickeln Ihre Mitarbeitenden fachlich wie persönlich weiter. Sie optimieren Prozesse, steuern das Tagesgeschäft und sind kompetenter Ansprechpartner für Händleranfragen sowie interne Projekte. Ihre Aufgaben: Führung und Coaching eines Teams im telefonischen und schriftlichen Support für Händler im Bereich bargeldloser Zahlungstransaktionen Förderung der individuellen Weiterentwicklung des Teams, Führen von Mitarbeitergesprächen und Vereinbaren von Zielen Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft sowie hoher Servicequalität, Kundenzufriedenheit und Zielerreichung Analyse und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Effektivität Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung interner Projekte Professionelle Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Aufträgen Was Sie mitbringen sollten: Erfahrung im Dienstleistungssektor sowie mehrjährige relevante Berufspraxis Kompetenz in der disziplinarischen und fachlichen Führung von Mitarbeitenden Hohe Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit und zielorientiertes Arbeiten Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Einfühlungsvermögen und soziale Kompetenz Souveränes, professionelles Auftreten Hohe Serviceorientierung sowie sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Was von Vorteil wäre: Erfahrung im internen oder externen Projektmanagement Kenntnisse der Fintech- oder Zahlungsverkehrsbranche Aus- oder Weiterbildungen im Bereich Führung oder Management Fortgeschrittene Problemlösungsfähigkeiten Fremdsprachenkenntnisse Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.  Please: Apply using your legal name Complete the step-by-step profile and attach your resume (either is acceptable, both are preferable).
