Job Title Senior AML Officer (m/w/d) Überblick Als Senior AML Officer (m/w/d) stellen Sie die Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Anforderungen nach § 7 (1) GwG sicher und gewährleisten ein wirksames Anti-Financial-Crime-Framework. Sie überwachen interne Sicherheits- und Meldeprozesse, steuern risikobasierte Maßnahmen und fungieren als zentrale Ansprechperson für Strafverfolgungs- und Aufsichtsbehörden. Ihre Rolle ist entscheidend für die regulatorische Compliance und den Schutz des Unternehmens vor Finanzkriminalität. Ihre Aufgaben Sicherstellung der vollständigen Einhaltung der Anforderungen des Geldwäschegesetzes (§ 7 (1) GwG) Funktion als zentrale Ansprechperson für Strafverfolgungsbehörden, Geheimdienste und Aufsichtsbehörden Überwachung, Bewertung und Optimierung interner Sicherheitsmaßnahmen und organisatorischer Richtlinien Bearbeitung von Verdachtsfällen, inklusive Risikobewertung und Prüfung der Meldepflicht gemäß § 43 GwG Einreichung von Meldungen an die FIU (Financial Intelligence Unit), sofern gesetzlich erforderlich Vorbereitung und Treffen von Entscheidungen zur Beendigung von Geschäftsbeziehungen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Management Erstellung regelmäßiger AML- und Risikoberichte für die Geschäftsführung (mindestens jährlich) Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Reports bei besonderen Ereignissen oder Risikosituationen Durchführung von Schulungen, Awareness-Maßnahmen und AML-bezogenen Trainings für Mitarbeitende Konzeption, Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung von AML-Prozessen, Richtlinien und Kontrollmechanismen Was Sie mitbringen sollten Fundiertes und aktuelles Wissen der deutschen Geldwäschegesetze sowie relevanter regulatorischer Anforderungen Erfahrung mit risikobasierten Überwachungs- und Kontrollprozessen Sichere Fähigkeit zur Analyse und Bewertung von Verdachtsfällen sowie Erfahrung in der Entscheidungsfindung Hohe Kompetenz in der Erstellung präziser Compliance-, Risiko- und Managementberichte Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, insbesondere im Austausch mit Behörden und internen Stakeholdern Strukturierte, sorgfältige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Integrität Was von Vorteil wäre Berufserfahrung als AML-Beauftragte*r oder in einer vergleichbaren Compliance-Funktion im Finanzdienstleistungssektor Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Implementierung von AML-Prozessen und Kontrollsystemen Kenntnisse in der Durchführung von Schulungen sowie im Aufbau von Awareness-Programmen Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ad-hoc-Meldungen und regulatorisch relevanten Sonderfällen Vertrautheit mit dem regulatorischen Umfeld von Finanzdienstleistern Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.  Please: Apply using your legal name Complete the step-by-step profile and attach your resume (either is acceptable, both are preferable).
