The Position Praktikum im strategischen Projektmanagement am Standort Ludwigsburg Deine Abteilung Als Praktikant (m/w/d) im strategischen Projektmangement unterstützt du die Abteilung bei der Umsetzung von infrastrukturellen und sozialen Projekten an unserem Standort in Ludwigsburg. In deiner Rolle bereicherst du unsere Site Services Organisation durch deine proaktive Arbeitsweise und deine Eigeninitiative. Du übernimmst bereits im Praktikum Verantwortung und unterstützt den „Manager of Organizational & Strategic Development“ in allen Belangen, um erfolgreiche Projektabschlüsse zu garantieren. Wir legen viel Wert darauf, dass Du in Deinem Praktikum nicht nur an verschiedenen Aufgabenstellungen mitarbeitest, sondern auch Dein Wissen aktiv einbringen kannst. Deine Aufgaben Du unterstützt bei der Planung und Umsetzung des Projekts „Strategic Land Acquisition“ (Standorterweiterung in Ludwigsburg) inklusive der Fremdfirmenkoordination oder der Projektdokumentation z.B. durch die Erarbeitung von Präsentationen. Du hälst Projektmeilensteine nach und übernimmst die Berichterstattung an die Projektleitung zum Projektstatus in Bezug auf Umgang, Qualität, Termine, Zeit und Budget. Du bringst dich aktiv bei der Erarbeitung von visionären und strategischen Ideen/Konzepten/kulturellen Initiativen zur Weiterentwicklung der Standortkultur ein. Du begleitest selbstständig strategische Initiativen des Standorts mit einem hohem Abstimmungs- und Vernetzungsgrad und unter Berücksichtigung des Stakeholder-Managements. Du organisierst, moderierst und dokumentierst Projektmeetings, Workshops/ Events aus cross-funktionalen Einheiten. Dein Profil Du bist Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Projektmanagement, Facility Management oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang. Du bringst erste Erfahrungen (Privat / Studium) in einer ähnlichen Funktion mit und setzt deine Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement-Prozessen gekonnt ein. Selbstständigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit zählen zu Deinen Stärken. Deine ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie ein hohes Maß an Empathie, Offenheit und Qualitätsbewusstsein runden dein Profil ab. Du überzeugst durch deine fließenden Deutsch- und sehr guten Englischkenntnissen sowie deinen exzellenten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
