Tham gia vào toàn bộ vòng đời phát triển phần mềm: thiết kế, phát triển, kiểm thử và triển khai. Thiết kế, xây dựng và bảo trì mã nguồn Java hiệu quả, có khả năng tái sử dụng và dễ bảo trì. Đảm bảo hiệu suất, chất lượng và khả năng phản hồi tối ưu cho các ứng dụng. Phát hiện và xử lý các lỗi, điểm nghẽn trong hệ thống. Duy trì chất lượng mã nguồn thông qua tổ chức hợp lý và áp dụng các quy trình tự động hóa. Nghiên cứu và đề xuất các công nghệ, giải pháp mới nhằm cải tiến hệ thống. Báo cáo công việc hàng ngày cho Quản lý dự án hoặc Trưởng nhóm. Yêu cầu công việc: Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Công nghệ Thông tin hoặc có kinh nghiệm tương đương. Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển ứng dụng Java. Thành thạo Core Java, Servlet/JSP, JDBC, SOAP/RESTful, Hibernate, Spring, Spring MVC/Struts/JSF, Web Service, Oracle, MSSQL. Hiểu rõ về lập trình hướng đối tượng (OOP), các mẫu thiết kế phần mềm và kiến trúc hệ thống. Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm với thiết kế web đáp ứng (Responsive Web Design), HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap. Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm với các framework JavaScript như AngularJS, React, BackboneJS hoặc KnockoutJS. Quen thuộc với các framework giao diện Java như Swing, SWT, AWT. Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các máy chủ ứng dụng như Apache Tomcat, JBOSS, IBM WebSphere. Có khả năng viết unit test và sử dụng các nền tảng kiểm thử tự động. Thành thạo công cụ quản lý mã nguồn như Git. Quen thuộc với các công cụ build như Ant, Maven, Gradle. Trình độ tiếng Nhật từ N3 trở lên, có khả năng làm việc nhóm và phối hợp hiệu quả.
