The Position The opportunity: The Digital Product Value Stream Leader is a strategic leadership role responsible for owning the end-to-end lifecycle and commercial success of Roche Diagnostics China’s "Connected Lab"; digital portfolio. This role requires a visionary leader who will define the long-term strategic direction and vision, as well as a roadmap for connected laboratory solutions, ensuring alignment with Roche’s broader digital ecosystem and the specific needs of the Chinese market. In this capacity, you will lead, coach and empower a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of agility, customer-centricity, and outcome-based delivery. This role serves as a critical bridge, ensuring seamless synergy between technical engineering, commercial go-to-market strategies, and customer experience, ensuring that our digital value stream maximizes laboratory efficiency, data connectivity, and diagnostic value. You will also be accountable for the P&L performance, adoption, and sustained growth of the Connected Lab product suite. You will: Value Stream Strategy: Define and execute a cohesive digital stratgy for the Connected Lab value stream, transitioning products from concept to launch and maturity while ensuring seamless ineration with laboratory hardware and middleware. Team Leadership: Build, coach, and lead a high-performing team of Product Managers; drive functional excellence in product disovery, backlog prioritization, and roadmap planning. Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete product lifecycle (PLM) for the portfolio, making data-driven decisions on investment, iteration, and sunsetting to maximize ROI. Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the primary interface beween local R&D, Global teams, Commercial, and Customer Support to remove bottlenecks and ensure timely delivery of value to customers. Market Success: Deeply understand the China diagnostics landscape to drive product-market fit, ensuring solutions address local regulatory requirements, workflow challenges, and digital trends. Who you are: Master or bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Business or Biomedical Sciences Deep curiosity about the healthcare ecosystem with a fluency in common business models and knowledge of the competitive landscape for digital health and diagnostics Exceptional problem-solving and analytical tills, ability to work alone as product business owner to drive the projects forward. Leadership skills, including strategic thinking, creativity, integrity, trust, accountability, credibility, judgment, persuasion/influence, fairness and high ethical standards. Ability to positively approach new challenges and opportunities, using creative thought processes to uniquely solve problems Ability to build and execute processes with a mindset toward the future Strong strategic planning skills High tolerance for ambiguity Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Organized, detail-oriented High level of written and oral communication skills 12+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Information, Scientific Communications, or Clinical Informatics, preferably in a pharmaceutical, medical device, or health technology setting.     Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
