The Position 您是谁： 作为医院战略合作部门区域负责人，您将带领团队 与负责区域的外部医疗机构建立长期、深度、多元的战略伙伴关系，从而全面助力医院实现高质量发展目标。 您的主要职责： 1、与负责区域的外部医疗机构建立长期、深度、多元的战略伙伴关系。作为医院非临床各职能科室的首要对接窗口，充分依托罗氏的创新资源禀赋，为医院提供一体化支持方案，从而全面助力医院实现高质量发展目标。 1.1 了解和挖掘所负责区域关键医院业务和学术发展需求，并提供相应的学术支持 1.2  设计和实施区域品牌项目，培养区域的讲者，打造公司在区域的影响力 1.3  部门合作推动所负责区域关键医院与公司的战略合作关系   2、负责所属区域关键医院的准入工作 2.1根据部门与业务共识的医院准入目标，确保在开发成功率和有效执行 2.2 推动需开发医院的药事会、临采流程，提供关键医院药学部解决方案 2.3 负责所属区域关键医院的已准入状态的维护；将医院总控影响降到最低；维护好与关键医院医保办合作 3、负责所属区域关键医院业务计划（Account planning）制定 3.1完成和完善区域关键医院的 项目及预算计划 3.2 监督SAM执行所负责关键医院的计划执行 3.3 协同业务和跨部门一起完善和落实相关项目的落地和高效执行 4、负责团队和人员管理 4.1按时准确完成日常工作和相关报告，严格遵守和执行公司的合规政策 4.2负责区域T&E费用预算审核及实际费用审核，对预算负责 4.3 根据团队业绩考核目标，定期辅导和跟进计划执行，以确保业务目标达成 5、 参与或带领部门或跨部门的相关项目   我们期待这样的你加入： 1，具备医院准入，市场准入或医药销售二线管理工作经验。 2， 具备项目管理能力，辅导及提升团队项目管理知识及流程；辅导团队设计项目；能对风险及突发事件处理及预防。 3， 具备团队合作能力，能建立跨部门沟通合作机制；具有全局观和全面思考能力，从公司策略角度引导开展区域及跨区域活动会议，促成跨区域内部合作，形成品牌项目。     Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
