The Position Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary) 主要工作目标（岗位简介） •  Understand the market access strategy of HER2 portfolio and drive business growth by accelerating product access and eliminating access obstacles. Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责 / 责任 (Major functions of the position)                                 （职位的首要职能） •    Understand the market access dynamics and assist to develop access strategy and plan for HER2 portfolio to drive business growth. •    Develop and implement business model innovative projects and market access projects that are in line with HER2 access strategy. •    Communicate and collaborate effectively with market access departments and other brand relevant departments. •    Maintain good engagement with KOLs, and other target regional key customers. •    Work together with sales force, and provide clear direction as well as timely support for sales team. •    Seamlessly collaborate within the marketing team, advocate continuous improvement and best practice sharing.   Education/Qualifications 教育程度 / 所获资格证书 •    Bachelor degree or above •    Market access experience is preferred Job Required Competencies 岗位所需胜任力 •    MNC background •    Minimum 3-5 years’ experience of Marketing/Sales, at least 2 years experience of pharmaceutical product management •    Market access experience is highly preferred •    Good communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English (oral and writing) •    Strong Project Management capabilities, self-motivated and results-driven  •    Strong execution capability, strong cross-functional communication     Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
