The Position Foodlicious ist unser Tagesgeschäft Aus der Taverne Roche ist in über 30 Jahren ein erfolgreiches Gastronomieunternehmen im Bereich der Gemeinschaftsgastronomie entstanden. Die Tavero AG ist eine 100% Tochtergesellschaft der F. Hoffmann-La Roche. An den Standorten Basel und Kaiseraugst beschäftigen wir rund 350 Mitarbeitende aus über 41 Nationen. Unser Angebot umfasst sowohl Staff Restaurants, die vielfältigen Genuss bieten, als auch Fine Dining Restaurants mit gehobener Küche und exzellentem Service. Darüber hinaus gibt es Restaurants mit Köstlichkeiten aus aller Welt, Kaffee in allen Varianten, gezaubert von unseren Baristi, sowie die höchstgelegenen Lounges der Schweiz – traumhafte Afterwork-Spots über den Dächern der Stadt. Deine Aufgaben Abwechselnder Arbeitseinsatz auf allen Posten in den Betrieben Gäste- und Direktionsrestaurant Panorama, Lounge 47, Pebbels Lounge, Schöpfli und Science Club Termingerechte Bereitstellung und Produktion aller Angebotskomponenten Zubereitung nach Rezeptur, inkl. Degustation und kontinuierlichem Verbesserungsprozess Ideenreichtum und Kreativität sind deine Antreiber Du bringst die Liebe zum Beruf auf den Teller Selbstständiges Führen eines Postens Erstellen der benötigten Mise en Place und verantwortlich für den reibungslosen Ablauf auf deinem Posten Einhalten von Hygienebestimmungen (TQM / HACCP) Wirtschaftlicher und korrekter Umgang mit Lebensmittel bei der Lagerung und/sowie bei deren Verarbeitung Sichere Warenbewirtschaftung sowie interne und externe Bestellungen tätigen Arbeitszeiten in der Regel zwischen 6.00 und 22.00 Uhr, mit Ausnahmen auch Abendeinsätze möglich Dein Profil Du hast eine abgeschlossene Kochausbildung (EFZ) und verfügst über mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung (exkl.
