The Position Foodlicious ist unser Tagesgeschäft Aus der Taverne Roche ist in über 30 Jahren ein erfolgreiches Gastronomieunternehmen im Bereich der Gemeinschaftsgastronomie entstanden. Die Tavero AG ist eine 100% Tochtergesellschaft der F. Hoffmann-La Roche. An den Standorten Basel und Kaiseraugst beschäftigen wir rund 350 Mitarbeitende aus über 41 Nationen. Als Gastgeber im Schöpfli fungierst du vor allem als kreatives Talent mit und als umsichtiger, emphatischer und unterstützender Teamplayer für deine Kollegen. Deine Aufgaben Selbstständige Führung des Schöpfli Bedienen der Gäste im à la Carte sowie bei Bankettes / Events Einsatz im Servicebereich und permanente Überprüfung der Produktqualität und Optimierung der Prozesse Verantwortlich für Offerten schreiben Organisation und Durchführung von Sonderanlässen Bestellwesen, Wareneingangskontrolle, Inventuren Personalplanung Unterhalt, Funktion und Pflege sämtlicher Maschinen, Geräte und Mobiliar Einhaltung der Vorschriften für Lebensmittelsicherheit (FIFO, MHD) und TQM Vorgaben sowie   Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz Sicherstellen, dass der Bierhahnen nie versagt Verantwortlich für die laufende Werbung auf den Social Media Kanälen  Dein Profil Ausbildung als Restaurantfachfrau/ - mann EFZ mit Führungserfahrung Hohes Dienstleistungsbewusstsein, selbstständiges und speditives Arbeiten Gute betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse, vernetztes unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln Einsatzbereitschaft von MO bis FR, Hochsaison bis 23.00 Uhr Gute und sichere Umgangsformen Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Einfühlungsvermögen gegenüber Gästen und  Mitarbeitenden Teamfähig, vertrauenswürdig und loyal In einer digitalen Welt wünschen wir uns zudem, einen sicheren Umgang mit Computerprogrammen Sehr gute mündlich und schriftliche Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch     Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
