Job Description: Essential Job Functions: • Manage and lead a portfolio of projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. • Collaborate with project teams to define clear project objectives and deliverables. • Monitor project progress, identify and manage issues and risks, and implement corrective actions. • Assist in resource allocation and budget monitoring. • Prepare project status reports and communicate effectively with stakeholders. • Contribute to the development and application of project management best practices. • Drive teamwork and collaboration among project team members. • Ensure that projects align with departmental and company strategies. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience • Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role • Proven experience in project and program management • Proficiencies in project management methodologies, tools, and software • A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology Other Qualifications: • Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus. • Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are a plus At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
