Das macht uns zu Roche.   Deine Abteilung Die Roche Diagnostics Deutschland GmbH vertreibt zukunftsweisende Diagnostika zur Blutanalyse sowie Laborkonzepte und -lösungen in Kliniken und Laborinstituten. In den kommenden Jahren wird eine große Anzahl an Systemen im Markt ausgetauscht. Damit wir diese große Herausforderung bewältigen, suchen wir in unserem neuen, zukunftsweisenden Pre-Configuration Center Unterstützung. Die neue Gerätegeneration (cobas pro & cobas pure) wird hier kundenspezifisch betriebsbereit vorinstalliert und für die Implementierung im Kundenlabor vorbereitet. Deine Hauptaufgaben, nach einer ausführlichen Einarbeitung, sind dabei:   Ergebnisorientierte Geräte-Vorbereitung im Pre-Configuration Center. Installation, Justage und Inbetriebnahme (Software, Applikation & finale Testung) von komplexen Roche Standardanalysengeräten z.B. cobas pure / cobas pro inkl. cobas c 703 nach Zielvereinbarungen. Termingerechter und fachgerechter Aufbau (applikativ u. technisch) sowie ggf. Reparatur von Roche-Systemen mit einfachem Schwierigkeitsgrad, einschließlich abschließendem Test- nzw. Routinelauf inkl. Dokumentation (im CRM System) Durchführung der elektrotechnischen Sicherheitsüberprüfung und Endabnahme der vorkonfigurierten Systeme vor der Auslieferung. Mitwirkung bei der Datensicherung sowie der Erstellung und Pflege der Dokumentation (z.B. Installations- und Inbetriebnahme Pläne) gemäß den Anforderungen und internen Vorgaben. Selbstständige Fehlersuche und Beseitigung von Störungen an Analysesystemen und elektronisch gesteuerten Anlagen und Maschinen. Termingerechte Berichterstattung und unverzügliche Meldung kritischer Probleme/Reklamationen an das Roche Customer Support Center. Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Pflichten eines Medizinprodukteberaters gem. § 31 MPG (siehe Anlage) und Sicherstellung der vorgabenkonformen Reklamationsbearbeitung. Das bringst Du mit Du hast eine anerkannte und abgeschlossene mindestens zweijährige Berufsausbildung mit Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Mechanik, IT-Systemelektronik, oder vergleichbar Idealerweise hast Du bereits erste Berufserfahrung im technischen Bereich Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Technischen-Systemen (Fluidic, Elektronik, Messtechnik, Messtechnik, IT) Du kannst idealerweise Steuerungs / Betriebssoftware anwenden. Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch; Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind wünschenswert. Diese Arbeit erfordert eine Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung für Luftfracht (ZÜP), die eventuell während der Einarbeitungszeit absolviert werden kann.
