Job Description: Essential Job Functions: • Support package software application development projects. • Collaborate with the team on coding, testing, and maintenance tasks. • Follow coding standards and best practices. • Contribute to the completion of project milestones. • Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards. • Assist in software documentation and user support. • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies. • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience • Relevant experience, typically 2+ years of relevant work experience in software engineering • Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies • Basic coding and debugging skills • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment Other Qualifications: • Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus • Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., PMP, CTO, or MBA) or advanced training a plus Work Location: Rome mainly with smart working possibility.  #LI-hybrid At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
