The Position Das Team: Die Rechtsabteilung berät die Geschäftsführungen der deutschen Landesgesellschaften, deren Geschäftsbereiche und alle Tochterunternehmen in allen Rechtsangelegenheiten. Zum umfassenden Aufgabengebiet, in welches der Referendar (m/w/d) aktiv mit einbezogen wird, gehören die Prüfung von Rechtsfragen, die Erteilung von Rechtsrat, sowie die Mitgestaltung von Vertragsverhältnissen mit Kunden/Kooperationspartnern. Ihre Aufgaben Sie unterstützen unsere Rechtsabteilung an den Standorten Mannheim und Penzberg im Rahmen Ihrer juristischen Wahlstation. Sie arbeiten im Tagesgeschäft an der Seite unserer Rechtsanwälte und Rechtsanwältinnen, zum Beispiel bei der Bearbeitung von nationalen und internationalen Fragestellungen aus dem allgemeinen Wirtschaftsrecht und gewerblichen Rechtsschutz Sie unterstützen bei nationalen und internationalen Projekten und wirken bei Vertragsgestaltungen und Vertragsverhandlungen mit Sie erstellen Gutachten zu unterschiedlichen Fragestellungen Ihr Profil Sie sind offen für neue Ideen, hinterfragen konventionelle Denkmuster und erarbeiten zuverlässig pragmatische Lösungen. Sie schätzen es, in einer leistungsorientierten Umgebung zu arbeiten, die von gegenseitigem Respekt, Diskussion und Zusammenarbeit getragen wird. Für die juristische Wahlstation bei uns bringen Sie folgende Voraussetzungen mit: Sie haben Ihr erstes Staatsexamen überdurchschnittlich gut abgeschlossen Sie besitzen Kenntnisse im allgemeinen Wirtschaftsrecht und gewerblichen Rechtsschutz Erste praktische Erfahrung im Erstellen von Verträgen auf Deutsch und Englisch ist von Vorteil Außerdem verfügen Sie über eine pragmatische, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise bei der Entwicklung eigener Lösungsansätze Last but not least you are skilled in English and not afraid of talking to international clients in person, via phone or Email ​ Zeitraum: Wir bieten regelmäßig die Möglichkeit für ein Referendariat.
