The successful candidate will work within multiple teams and will be enthusiastic and reliable with a positive attitude. Your role will include managing business processes and aiming to deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing and maintaining excellent services. Role responsibilities: •    Finding innovative ways to develop strategies whilst following the standard procedures •    Working in an Agile manner •    Reviewing all aspects of incident, problem, and change management •    Managing risks and resources •    Overseeing and implementing improvements to the ITSM framework and delivery platform What you will bring to the team: •    Excellent organisation and time management skills •    An ability to use your own initiative whilst taking responsibility •    Eagerness to improve •    Good communication skills, being able to impart your own knowledge and listen to others •    Agility and an ability to adapt to changing situations Desirable Skills and Technologies •    Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of higher education and experience •    Experience working with company products and operating systems •    Knowledge and/or experience of Agile and Scrum Methodologies  •    Entry-level certification(s) in work field (eg. ITIL) •    Some previous relevant experience (service delivery, customer service, people management).
