The Position IT岗位职责： 1. 协助ITOT团队支持和维护生产所需的各类IT系统和软件。 2. 参与ITOT系统的日常运行和监控，确保系统稳定运行。 ' 3. 协助解决生产过程中ITOT系统的故障和问题，保障生产的连续性和效率。 4. 协助编写和维护ITOT系统的技术文档和操作手册。 5. 支持ITOT团队进行其他相关的工作和项目，如会议室预定，会议记录，运维统计报告，翻译文件等。 OT岗位职责： 1. 协助ITOT制造系统团队的日常事宜，如会议室预定，会议记录，运维统计报告，翻译文件等。 2. 协助ITOT文档工作，如文档格式调整、文件签字追踪、上传文件至Veeva系统等。 3. 熟悉了解MES和PI系统，协助制造系统团队处理简单技术问题。 4. 协助ITOT制造系统团队在项目中的工作。 岗位要求： 全日制在校学生，学历本科及以上，计算机、信息技术或自动化相关专业优先。 英语听说读写良好，可以用英语作为工作语言。 对计算机和信息技术有浓厚兴趣，有较强的学习能力和解决问题能力。 具有良好的沟通能力，有校内活动负责经验优先。 熟悉常见操作系统（如Windows、Linux等）和办公软件的使用。 有一定的编程基础，熟悉至少一种编程语言（如Python、Java等）。 每周需正常工作2-3天，工作地点上海罗氏张江总部。 Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
