Job Description: Description Strong working knowledge in payroll activities. Sound knowledge in country’s statutory requirements Validation of various payroll reports and analysis on variances. Analysis on potential backlogs in the process. Creation and maintenance of process SOP’s Experience in handling customer escalations. Experience in system transformation for Payroll Participated in UAT testing for payroll applications. Education and Experience Required Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 50% and above aggregate scores. 1-2 years of total experience (Preferably in payroll) Knowledge and Skills Required Demonstrated understanding of Payroll processes. Strong analytical skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills: Able to collaborate and work in various teams Developed Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Demonstrated business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
