So, join our team and feel like you’re part of something bigger About your team FIL Platform GPS Business and Operational Architecture lead on design principles and standards for operational processes and business support through our governance ethos of adaptive consultatively support. Through the Design Hub we assist initiatives in their design and discovery phases to ensure efficient delivery and risk and cost aware operational process. About your role Key Responsibilities •           Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience and process efficiency. •           Participate in the definition and design of operational process and policies for product and service launches, workflow changes, new systems and tools deployments. •           Provide senior stakeholder groups e.g. design authorities and steering committees with a holistic view on the delivery options and implications. •           Leads all effort in process standardization for operational processes and service standards. •           Ensure all cross functional communication, planning, knowledge management content, and training curriculum supports the intent of the initiatives and will allow for successful hand off to the Business and Operations teams for implementation •           Responsible for continuously evaluating strategic processes/key initiatives including taking action to improve the overall flow of processes •           Identify process improvement opportunities to ensure customer satisfaction, first time case resolution and retention of our customer base through best in class delivery. Business & Operational Process Design: •           Work with the business to ensure journey hand offs, integrations and outcomes are robustly designed for scale and client satisfaction. •           Create and document comprehensive end-to-end workflows with a focus on Straight-Through Processing (STP) to reduce manual interventions. Develop scalable, adaptable and modular processes that can accommodate business needs, such as expanding geographic markets or new product launches. •           Streamline workflows to reduce complexity and improve the speed and execution of operational activities •           Assurance on process standards, taxonomies and frameworks. Provision of product owner support. •           Operating model design support. •           Provide holistic business readiness support. Collaboration with Technology Architecture: •           Partner with Technology Architects to establish integration points between operational processes and technology systems. •           Contribute to system design to ensure operational requirements are met, including API-driven workflows and data exchange. •           Work closely with technology teams to implement automation tools, AI/ML solutions, and monitoring systems for real-time operational oversight. Process Automation & AI Enablement: •           Identify opportunities to automate repetitive and manual tasks, driving efficiency and reducing error rates. •           Collaborate with technology teams to deploy AI/ML-based solutions for forecasting, exception handling, and decision-making. •           Evaluate and recommend tools that support workflow automation to enhance operational scalability & efficiencies. About you •           Strong senior operational/product experience within large scale Financial Services organisations •           Hands-on experience building, enhancing and running large functional change and projects that span administration operations, investments and external and internal stakeholder management •           Very good understanding of investment models and the UK pension industry •           An ability to demonstrate a balanced hands-on mentality whilst ensuring sufficient oversight of a variety of differing areas of responsibility. •           Excellent at generating innovative ideas and experienced at working under pressure Feel rewarded For starters, we’ll offer you a comprehensive benefits package.
