About your role We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Specialist at a Technical Manager level. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in backend development—particularly in Java, databases, and web service technologies—along with solid knowledge and hands‑on experience in application security, especially in API authentication. As S/he may do development and deployment in the AWS environment, the AWS knowledge and experience would be a plus. In this role, the candidate will independently deliver complex and critical development tasks, troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, and provide sound technical design in both high and detail levels. The individual will have strong leadership to influence and lead other developers by guiding them through issues and best practices. When required, the candidate will perform application performance tuning, identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions. The position requires close collaboration with architects, business and cross‑functional technical teams to design and implement architecture solutions aligned with project requirements. The candidate should be capable of quickly learning and adopting new technologies and platforms—such as Boomi and workflow systems—based on project needs. Because the role supports global customers, strong English communication skills are essential. This position may involve partnering with Fidelity teams in Canada, the UK, India, Hong Kong, and other global locations. Based on business needs, the individual will be required to work night shifts 2–3 days per week (1:00 PM–10:00 PM). A shift allowance will be provided according to company policy. Experience using AI-assisted development tools is a plus. The successful candidate is expected to demonstrate a high level of professional ethics, accountability, and ownership in a demanding work environment. About you Must have: •           Rich experience on software development.         •           Strong knowledge about Java technologies including Spring and Spring Boot •           Strong knowledge about database and design •           Strong knowledge about performance tuning      •           Strong knowledge about API design and implementation •           Quick leaner to new technologies and platforms •           Good leadershilp to influence and lead others •           Good knowledge about application security especially API related •           Good communication skills including Mandarin and English •           API Integration Platform experience will be a plus •           Experience using AI-assisted development tools is a plus  Preferable Skills are: •           Java •           Spring and Spring Boot  •           Application Design •           SQL and Database Design        •           English •           Team Work skill •           Communication skill •           Problem solving skill •           Performance Tuning •           Authorization framework such as OAuth 2.0 One last point – if it goes without saying, it should not be included.
