About your team The ServiceNow Platform Team within Enterprise Technology Services supports a strategic platform automating IT services, operations, and workflows across the organization, driving efficiency and innovation for global functions. About your role As a Technical Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in evolving our ServiceNow platform to meet diverse business needs. You will work closely with enterprise functions to configure and customize ITSM modules, enhancing the employee experience through tailored forms, dashboards, and automated workflows. Your core responsibilities will include writing and maintaining efficient scripts (JavaScript), developing custom applications, and managing integrations using IntegrationHub and APIs. You will also utilize Flow Designer to drive organizational efficiency and explore cutting-edge features like predictive analytics. Additionally, you will be responsible for Configuration Management (CMDB) accuracy and user interface design. By bridging technical capabilities with business requirements and adhering to ITIL best practices, you will ensure our platform remains robust, scalable, and user-centric, contributing directly to the modernization of our enterprise services. About you You are a skilled developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow or similar digital platforms. You possess in-depth knowledge of JavaScript, including ServiceNow Business Rules and Client Scripts, and have hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations. You are analytical, capable of translating complex requirements into technical solutions, and comfortable working with cross-functional global teams.
