Les missions du poste En relation avec le Directeur de Secteur, vous planifiez, organisez, et dirigez toutes les activités nécessaires pour atteindre vos objectifs. En tant que Directeur d'Agence (H/F/X) vous assurez les missions suivantes : - Assurer le Management de vos collaborateurs (recruter ses collaborateurs, développer leurs compétences et s'assurer de leur progression) - Être le garant de l'organisation et de la coordination des activités du site - Organiser son périmètre pour assurer la rentabilité du site et améliorer la productivité des équipes - Être responsable du développement commercial du site, du développement du chiffre d'affaires - Analyser les potentiels dysfonctionnements du site - Identifier les nouvelles opportunités de développement et les mettre en place En accord avec la politique de la société, vous apporterez un soin particulier à la qualité des produits et à la satisfaction des clients. Le profil recherché Femme ou homme de terrain vous avez au minimum une première expérience confirmée dans le pilotage direct d'un établissement spécialisé la distribution de pièces détachées. Vous avez impérativement une expérience en management d'équipe et sur des fonctions avec de forts enjeux de développement commercial et de management. Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, votre réactivité, votre implication au quotidien, votre capacité à faire adhérer des personnes à un objectif commun.
