As a Functional Consultant, your role responsibilities will be to: - Role Reports To Managing Consultant - Assist in preparing for requirements Gathering workshops and document outcomes/actions - Comply to design standards, perform unit testing, and actively manage assigned tasks to ensure quality completion by or before their due dates - Complete mandatory training and maintain certification level Participate in DXC Technology added value activities outside regular client work - Identify and raise potential risks - Assist in the creation and be able to interpret Process Maps - Write user stories utilizing behavior-driven development (BDD) - Configure Salesforce components as documented Mandatory Skills Description: - Manages the execution of business process improvements. - Analyses and designs business processes to identify alternative solutions to improve efficiency, and effectiveness and exploit new technologies and automation. - Develops graphical models of business processes to facilitate understanding and decision-making. Assesses the feasibility of business process changes and recommends alternative approaches. - Defines and manages scoping, requirements definition and prioritisation activities for initiatives of medium size and complexity.
