Das erwartet dich bei uns: Du bist zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in für Eigentümer:innen, Dienstleister:innen und Kolleg:innen Du unterstützt das kaufmännische sowie technische Objektmanagement Du kümmerst dich um die Analyse, Angebotseinholung und Auftragsvergabe von Dienstleistungen Du beauftragst, koordinierst und überwachst notwendige Wartungen, Prüfungen wie auch Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen Du erfasst systematisch Prüfberichte und dokumentierst diese zur digitalen Weiterverarbeitung Du bearbeitest Rechnungen und kümmerst dich um das Management von Miet- und Dienstleistungsverträgen Du strukturierst, erfasst, pflegst und kontrollierst alle Eigentümer- und Objektdaten Du prüfst Neben- und Betriebskostenabrechnungen Was du mitbringen solltest: Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (vorzugsweise im Bereich Immobilien) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, gerne mit Immobilienbezug Freude am Umgang mit Eigentümer*innen und Dienstleistern*innen ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Überzeugungskraft sowie strukturiertes und selbstständiges Arbeiten innerhalb des Teams Erfahrung im Umgang mit einer Immobilienverwaltungssoftware sowie mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel Not the right fit?
