Zugleich bist du für die Kosten und Ausgaben innerhalb deines Budgets zuständig Du übernimmst die kontinuierliche Überprüfung, Optimierung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung der Servicequalität und der damit verbundenen Prozesse Du überprüfst und optimierst regelmäßig deine operativen und finanziellen Kennzahlen zur Bewertung der Leistung deiner Standorte Du steuerst und verantwortest die Umsetzung von Vertriebsaktionen innerhalb deiner Niederlassung Du überwachst und gewährleistest die Einhaltung der Unternehmensprozesse und -richtlinien Du führst eigenständig Teammeetings und Trainings durch Du bist Schnittstelle zwischen Niederlassung und dem Regional Manager Operations Was du mitbringen solltest: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position Erfahrung in der Personalführung; kooperativer Führungsstil mit Hands-On-Mentalität Beratungs-, und Verkaufsgeschick mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsfähigkeit Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office Not the right fit?
