Develop and implement plans to achieve sales goals within the MA and NH. Drive new business growth and provide accurate forecasting using company sales tools. Participate in network building opportunities, including conferences and industry functions. Skills you will need here: Proven record of consistent sales and goal achievement performance. Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills. Ability to build and implement sales solutions. Strong proficiency in business technologies, including PCs, mobile phones, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to lift 50 lbs unaided and move up to 100 lbs with mechanical assistance. Compensation At Cengage Group, we take great pride in our commitment to providing a comprehensive and rewarding Total Rewards package designed to support and empower our employees. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.  Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range. $52,000.00 - $67,600.00 USD
