As a key pillar of the Service Organization, Service Support strengthens our competitive edge by supporting Service Engineers, coordinating cross‑functional processes, and ensuring efficient, timely service delivery. In this context, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist (F/M) on a Fix-Term contract (until 31.12.2026) for our offices in Madrid. Grow with us - Your Responsibilities : Processing orders, invoicing, and handling incoming calls Creating contracts, registering new suppliers, and monitoring key accounts Coordinating with the field sales team Preparing daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports Assisting the department manager What will convince us : Bachelor Degree and at least two years of successful experience in customer service Autonomous and well‑organized, you demonstrate strong adaptability Your English level allows you to communicate easily both in writing and orally You must be proficient in SAP, particularly the Service Module, as well as other management software   Please note that we can only consider applications submitted in English.
