As the Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the hands-on assembly, wiring or testing of products. The holder of the position will also work with the production team and other internal functions to continuously identify design, process and efficiency improvements. The goal is to ensure work is completed to required timescales, output and quality targets. What you will accomplish together with us: Perform high quality build in an efficient manner. Conduct a defined process accurately. Maintain the production documentation record correctly and up to date Manage chemical and flammable products safely. Perform disposal of non-hazardous and hazardous waste in coordination with the EHS Department. Identify and reports problems or potential hazards by monitoring instrumentations such temperature thermocouple, etc. Compute variances between laboratory analysis and product specifications, using prescribed formula to determine necessary adjustments. Support their Team Leader to maintain the efficiency of the cell(s) Maintain the lean manufacturing philosophies during the implementations. What will convince us: High School Diploma/GED 2+ years’ experience of working in a technical manufacturing, production, or assembly environment.
