Für den Bereich Service Field LPS suchen wir einen Servicetechniker im Außendienst (x|w|m) für die Region Olten, Aarburg / Zofingen, Aarua oder Dagmersellen / Reiden für die Sartorius Stedim Switzerland AG. Zu den Aufgaben dieser Position gehört der technische Service an unseren Laborinstrumenten mit Schwerpunkt Wägetechnik. Das regionale Team besteht aus sieben Mitarbeitenden und freut sich darauf, mit Ihnen die Zukunft zu gestalten. Der Job ist in Vollzeit zu besetzen. Wachsen Sie mit uns – Ihre Aufgaben Sie stellen den 1st Level Support für die zugewiesene Produktlinie sicher Sie übernehmen vorwiegend planbare Einsätze mit regelmäßiger Reisetätigkeit; auch über die zugewiesene Region hinaus Sie beraten unsere Kunden in allen technischen Fragestellungen im Außendienst, unter anderem im Bereich der Pharma-, Chemie- und Lebensmittelindustrie Dabei pflegen Sie langjährige Kundenbeziehungen und bauen diese aus Sie führen Serviceeinsätze eigenverantwortlich durch (Installationen, Qualifizierungen IQ|OQ, Wartungen, Kalibrierungen, Reparaturen & Instandsetzungen) Sie achten auf eine präzise und lückenlose Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten (Wartungs- und Servicedokumentation) im Rahmen hoch regulierter Bereiche der Forschung, Produktion, Analytik oder Qualitätskontrolle Sie tragen zu einem dichten Servicenetz mit starkem Teamgedanken und gegenseitiger Unterstützung bei Das bringen Sie mit Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Elektronik oder Mechatronik Sie verfügen über handwerkliches Geschick sowie ausgeprägte elektromechanische Fertigkeiten und bringen eine Qualifikation als Elektrofachkraft mit Kenntnisse in Mess- und Kalibriertechnik z.B.
