Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Virtual Account Manager Nord-Ouest France (F/M) basé(e) en home-office. Ce rôle, similaire à celui d'un(e) représentant(e) commercial(e) sur le terrain, utilise des technologies innovantes pour améliorer l'expérience client à distance. Le ou la gestionnaire devra soit renforcer la présence chez les clients existants, soit attirer de nouveaux clients. Il ou elle fera partie de l'équipe de vente régionale et travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Field Application Specialist, Ventes, Marketing et Service Client. Grow with us - vos responsabilités : Promouvoir et vendre les produits et services dans son territoire, une gamme de produits afin d'atteindre les objectifs de vente et de revenu Évaluer et analyser les besoins des clients, répondre à leurs demandes et leur proposer des produits et des services, le cas échéant Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe afin de créer une meilleure perception du marché et des stratégies efficaces pour obtenir des affaires à partir d'un compte Coordonner et participer aux activités de marketing sur le territoire attribué Évaluer fréquemment le potentiel de chaque client et prévoir de le réaliser en affaires Gérer et établir des relations solides avec les clients pour un partenariat à long terme What will convince us - votre profil : Expérience professionnelle ou universitaire dans un domaine scientifique (par exemple, sciences de la vie, biologie ou similaire) et idéalement expérience de la vente dans le secteur des sciences de la vie 3 ans d'expérience minimum dans un poste similaire Bonnes aptitudes à la communication et à la négociation Motivé, énergique, orienté vers les résultats, travailleur Bonne aptitude au travail d'équipe et capacité avérée à travailler également avec des équipes transversales Bonnes compétences en présentation / communication par téléphone et vidéoconférence Communication orale et écrite courante en anglais Maîtrise du Pack office About Sartorius  Sartorius is part of the solution in the fight against cancer, dementia, and many other diseases.
